Give a straight cut to all green chillies
Remove the seeds from it
In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,cumin coriander powder,garam masala,asafetida,lemon juice,and 3 tablespoon oil
Add chopped coriander mix well
Stuff this masala in all chillies
In a pan add stuff chillies and 1 tablespoon oil and cover and cook on low flame till 5. Min.
After 5 min.turn all chillies and again cover and cook for 5 min.
Then serve it
